We offer strength training, functional training, aerobics, stretching, nutritional guidance and meditation techniques – a total concept incorporating all aspects of a person’s life – a holistic approach.

JUMP-START SPECIAL FOR MEN AND WOMEN

  • Three one-hour one-on-one personal training sessions for just $299!
  • Includes initial fitness evaluation and exercise prescription.
  • For new clients only.  Limited Time Offer!

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS

  • One-hour Individual Session $90
  • 5 One-Hour Sessions ($85/session) $425
  • 10 One-Hour Sessions ($80/session)  $800

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If not, you will be charged for the missed session. Should the trainer cancel at the last minute, you are owed a free session by that trainer.
  • All clients must fill out a Personal Training Intake form in order to start training.
  • All personal training MUST be paid for in advance.
  • Personal training sessions are expected to start and end on time. Tardiness will result in loss of personal training time that will not be made up.
  • All personal training packages have an expiration date of 3 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be completed within this period.
  • It is also advised that all clients check with their physician before starting any personal training/exercise program.
