Lou Roehn, MS, CSCS has been a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Personal Fitness Trainer for over 20 years and has worked with thousands of individuals throughout Southern CA.
His passion is supporting individuals in reaching their personal fitness goals by providing a powerful personalized exercise Prescription.

• He holds certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Heart Association (CPR & Advanced Cardiac Life Support – ACLS.)
• He has a lifelong history of fitness and was a former collegiate athlete. He has been bodybuilding since the he was first introduced to the gym and weightlifting at the age of 13 years.
• He also has personally trained under Frank Zane, 3x Mr. Olympia and has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions.
